2016 Fall Program Teams

Registration status:
Registration is Open for all U08, U10 and U12 teams, as of June 20.

Please read the club roster policy noted below, as well as the instructions for registration, and the note about uniforms.

Registration and practice sessions:

• We ask all players to register by August 21, prior to the first practice sessions
• The U08 players will practice at Denison Park
• The U10 and U12 players will practice at the Kinsella Park fields, and the Gang Mills firehouse field
• The first practice sessions will be the week of August 22.

The 2016 team officials and schedules will be established in mid-August.

• U08 Coed - for players born in 2009 and 2010
  Coach: Nicole Walsh
  Format: 4 v 4 with no goalkeeper, size 3 ball, 20-minute games, three games per session
  Roster: Registration is Open for this team.

• U10 Boys: Blaze, Lightning and Torrent (three teams) - for players born in 2007 and 2008
  Coaches: Michael Gill Tom Large Bill McKendrick Brett Nordman (F license) Steve Ogunwumi
  Format: 7 v 7 including goalkeeper, size 4 ball, two 25-minute halves
  Roster: Registration is Open for these teams.

• U10 Girls - for players born in 2007 and 2008
  Coaches: Jonathan Hodge (F license) Rich Wagner (E license)
  Format: 7 v 7 including goalkeeper, size 4 ball, two 25-minute halves
  Roster: Registration is Closed for this team.

• U12 Girls: Cyclones and Tornadoes (two teams)
  Coaches: Jason Felker (F license) Clive Howard (F license) Curt Grottenthaler (E license)
  Format: 9 v 9 including goalkeeper, size 4 ball, two 30-minute halves
  Roster: Registration is Open for these teams.

• U12 Boys: Cosmos, Fury, Inferno and Storm (four teams) - for players born in 2004, 2005 and 2006
  Coaches: Chad Freelove (D license) Keith McEwen (F license) Mark Smith Paul Ferratella Laura Kahabka
  Format: 9 v 9 including goalkeeper, size 4 ball, two 30-minute halves
  Roster: Registration is Closed for these teams, except by permission of the coach.

Roster policy:
Team rosters will be limited to 12 active players for U10 and 14 active players for U12 teams. Coaches may hold tryouts if registrations exceed 10 players for a U10 team, or 12 players for a U12 team. Coaches have the descretion to set individual team roster levels that are lower than the roster limits, and to determine whether to hold tryouts or maintain roster limits.

Questions concerning roster sizes should be addressed by e-mail to the coach of the team, or to Rich Wagner, the club WebMaster.

Registration:
If there are still openings on a team, you can register by going to the Registration page and completing the online registration.

Uniforms:
For U08, U10 and U12 teams, you may need to buy a uniform for $65 if you don't have one from a previous year. The uniform includes red jersey, white jersey, black shorts and socks. If you need a uniform, you must order it before July 15 in order to assure it arrives before the season starts.
