2009-2010 Indoor Program

The CUSC indoor program is a good way to keep playing soccer through the winter months. You can get some touches on the ball, meet players from other teams, have fun, and stay in shape for the Spring season.

Each week there is a 20-30 minute skill session followed by competitive team play. The individual team sessions are managed by the Corning United coaching staff. The U10 and U12 teams are developmental in nature and no match results or standings will be maintained. The U15 and U18 teams are competitive in nature so match results and standings will be maintained for those teams.

Team assignments will be posted after December 13

Team assignments have been made as of December 15, and we will be playing according to a schedule for each team. Please check for your team assignment and come early so you can be ready to play at the time scheduled for your team. In some cases, players are assigned to two teams, so please check both schedules and attend the matches of both teams.

Please come dressed ready to play and start on time. You will need indoor shoes, rubber turf shoes, or non marking sneakers (no cleats or hard-soled shoes are allowed). Wear black shorts, shin-guards, and your reversible jersey.

Indoor Teams
There are individual teams in each age group. The teams will combine both boys and girls, and have 6 to 9 players on a team. Each player will be issued a reversible jersey, and players must furnish their own black shorts and black socks. Shin guards are required for all indoor play activities.

• U10 Teams - for players aged 8, 9 and 10 with birth dates after August 1, 1999
  Coaches: Andrew Myers, and Fran Behan (E license)
  Teams will be picked each week, according to the players present.

• U12 Teams - for players ages 11 and 12 with birth dates after August 1, 1997
  Coaches: Andrew Myers, and Bill Seip (E license)
  Teams will be picked each week, according to the players present.

• U15 Teams - for players ages 13, 14 and 15 with birth dates after August 1, 1994
  Coach: Hemant Patel (E license), and Chad Freelove (HS coach, D license)
  There are three teams with 8 - 9 players on each team.

• U18 Teams - for players aged 16, 17, and 18 with birth dates after August 1, 1991
  Coaches: Chad Freelove (HS coach, D license), and Nikki Dye (E license), and
  There are three teams with 8 - 9 players on each team.
