U08 Coed Fall Program

• Players: The program can accommodate 20 players.
• Format: 4 v 4 with no goalkeeper, size 3 ball, 20-minute matches, no score or referees, developmental
• Teams: Players will be divided into several teams, who will play each other
• This is a new developmental program being offered for the first time this year

Typical training program

• 20 minutes: Focus on technique to build up to activity applying technique
• 15 minutes: Application of technique in instructional activity
• 40 minutes: 4v4 Small-sided matches
• There are no fixed team assignments, players will have a new team each week
